Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Vesto app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
1. What Vesto is
Vesto photographs and catalogues your clothes, scores outfits, and suggests combinations from what you own. The scores, verdicts and suggestions are generated by AI models. They are opinions offered for your own consideration — not professional advice, and not statements of fact about you or about any garment. Treat them as a starting point.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- One account per person. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who receives your sign-in code can sign in.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
3. Your content
The photos you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your photos, process them (including through the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy), and show them back to you. We do not use your photos to train our own models, and we do not publish them.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and you agree not to upload anything unlawful, or images of other people who have not agreed to it.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Vesto is free to use with a monthly allowance. Paid plans raise that allowance and unlock AI studio shots of your garments.

Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your local currency and with local taxes; the exact amount is always shown in the app before you confirm, and again by the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling in the app store is the only way to stop renewal — deleting the app does not cancel it.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There is no free trial.
- Unused allowance does not carry over to the next period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If we change a price, Apple will tell you and ask for your consent before the change takes effect; if you do not consent, the subscription simply ends at the next renewal.
5. Fair use
Plan allowances exist because each analysis and generated image costs us real money. Please do not attempt to bypass them, automate access to the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Vesto running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and AI providers we depend on may change or become unavailable. If we discontinue a paid feature outright, you may cancel your subscription as described above.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ownership
The app, its design, name and software are ours. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — nothing more.
9. Ending these terms
You may stop using Vesto at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be brought to your attention in the app. Continuing to use Vesto after that means you accept the new version.
11. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
